Goodie Bag Order Form - Spring 2008
Fall Goodie Bags will be $15.00. Additional bags
for friends or roommates may be purchased as well. Cash or a check
should be made out to Sharon Jeffrey, NOT Baytown Aggie Moms, and
accompany this form. Please include the student’s name,
address, email and phone numbers (cell and home). Additional orders may
be listed on the back of this form. |

Orders will be accepted through April 3. An email
reminder will be sent to the students about a week before delivery,
which will be Monday, April 28 from 11:00 - 2:00 in the MSC. Although
students regularly check their email, please remind them that they will
be receiving a bag.
If you know of anything your student would like in
the bag, please share that with me. Donations from companies would also
be appreciated. We usually have about 50 bags.
