Meeting was called to order by Dena Trice at 6:35.

Prayer was offered by Gloria Graves.

Refreshments, provided by the officers, were served and enjoyed by everyone present.

The theme of the meeting was "Traditionally Speaking".  This was presented by Betty Rice, Kathy Thompson, Julie Voytek, Marilyn Ferguson and Terri Gaines.  They spoke about several of the Aggie Traditions.

Joyce Boyles motioned the approval of the October Meeting minutes.  It was seconded by Marilyn Ferguson.

Treasurer's report was read and approved. Fundraising report was given by Cindi Foster.  We were informed that our club had won an award at the Barber's Hill Fall Festival for "Showmanship".  Also, we plan to sell flip flops, cookbooks, "Gig 'Em" signs, and glassware at Aggie Mom Camp on Nov. 10th.  There are still tickets to be sold for the Salad Luncheon which is Nov. 17th.  Volunteers are needed to pick up several donations from area donors.  We already have several items for the auction.

Goody Bags will be delivered on Nov. 29th.  Any donations should be delivered to Sharon Jefferey's house by Monday, Nov. 26th.  Halloween cards were delivered with a $5 gift certificate from Baytown McDonald's.

Old Business

The question was asked if anyone knew the whereabouts of our table covers and our banner.

Everyone was reminded that Aggie Mom Camp was to be held Nov. 9-11.

The quilt square for Federation was mentioned.

The club agreed that free tickets for those giving donations for our Salad Luncheon should be supplied.

New Business

Gloria Graves informed the club about the district meeting to be held in January.

She also gave information about pins for mother's of graduates.

The December meeting will be at the home of Dena Trice on Dec. 13th.  Several of us can meet at Maranatha Temple and carpool.  It was decided that we would meet at 6:00 p.m. in the parking lot.

We are to bring an wrapped ornament to exchange.  A bucket will be made available should anyone want to donate toward our scholarship fund.  The party is at 6:30 p.m.

Aggie Mom Thank You's

A few of these were read by Kay Stephens.  They were received from Alex Pyle and Cody Robertson for pocket money; Katie Bertrand and Shikha Yadav for scholarships; and The Big Event for our contribution.

Aggie Pocket Money went to Josh Gaines and Jennifer Branham.  They received $15.00 each.

A question was presented: Where are the President's folders?

We played "Turkey Trivia" for a little fun before we adjourned.

Debbie Lochridge motioned for the meeting to be adjourned.  Gloria Graves seconded.
