her "Tastefully Simple" presentation.
Product sampling was enjoyed by everyone in
attendance.
Gloria Graves motioned to
approve minutes for Sept. meeting and Cindi
Foster seconded.
Treasurer's report was
read by Manju Wadhwani.
New "Aggie Moms" were
welcomed and presented a gift by Mary Jane
Parker.
Fundraising report was
introduced by Dena Trice reminding members
of the Salad Luncheon and Fashion Show to be
held Nov. 17. Flyers will be presented at
next meeting regarding meals at Tortuga's.
Cindi Foster spoke about the glassware
fundraiser now in progress and also
requested for volunteers for the Barbers
Hill Fall Festival.
Goody Bags need to be
ordered and paid for by Nov. 1. These need
to be turned in to Sharon Jeffrey. The bags
will be delivered on Nov. 29.
Old Business: All order
forms and pictures of meetings will be
available on the website.
New Business: We have
adopted a mom from Arkansas. Aggie Mom Camp
registration ends Oct. 9. Camp is Nov.
9-11. We will have a booth to raise money
for our club.
