Refreshments were served before the meeting began.

The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Mary Jane Parker.

Prayer was said by Kathy Thompson.

Minutes of the March Meeting were read by Kay Stephens.  Linda Couch motioned for the minutes to be accepted as read and Joyce Boyles seconded the motion.

The Treasurer's report was not available due to the absence of Manju Wadhwani.

Fundraiser Committee Report: It was suggested that since the pie sales was such a success we should try to do the fundraiser twice a year.  A garage sale was also suggested.  Donations for the July Howdy Party are needed.

Ring crest orders are being taken by Kimberly Ruyle.  These will be delivered in May.

Ronda Pyle reported that she had been in contact with Dr. Murano's office to see is she would be able to attend one of our meetings for the 09-10 school year.  Unfortunately the answer was that she would not be able to attend.

A motion to accept the acclamation of officers for the 09-10 school year was made by Linda Couch and seconded by Gloria Graves.

Shana Bauman has been appointed as the audit committee chairperson.

The club decided to delete "Change" and "Fighting Texas Aggie Band" from the list of donations for campus organizations.  A motion was made by Kathy Thompson and seconded by Gloria Graves.  A motion was made by Janice Rowland to add Ross Volunteers and Aggie Volunteers to the list of campus organization donations.  The motion was seconded by Betty Rice.

Priscilla Woolford is continuing to work on scholarships.

Parents Weekend is April 17th-19th.  Muster is April 21st.  Baytown's Muster will be held at Grace United Methodist Church at 6:30 p.m.

Goody Bags will be delivered to students on April 27th.

The Awards Banquet and Officer Installation will be on May 7th.  The club voted for the Luna's menu.  The cost is $14.00 per person.  Shelli Drewery will be collecting money for the banquet.

Aggie Brags were given by Mary Jane Parker, Linda Couch, Kimberly Ruyle, Mary Fontenot, Ronda Pyle, and Sharon Jeffrey. 

Aggie Pocket Money of $15.00 went to Miriam Bauman.

Joyce Boyles motioned to adjourn the meeting.  Mary Fontenot seconded.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:23 p.m.
