The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. by Mary Jane Parker.

Prayer was said by Jan Novosad.

A delicious covered dish meal was provided by our own Aggie Moms and enjoyed by all present.

November meeting minutes were read by Kay Stephens.  Darlene Duhon voted to accept the minutes as read and Shelley Drewery seconded the motion.

Due to the absence of Manju Wadhwani, the Treasurer's report was not available.

Several visiting Aggies spoke about their favorite A & M traditions.

Fundraising Committee Report - We are still selling flip flops, cookbooks, yard signs and glassware.  Mary Jane Parker reported a $160.00 sale of glassware.

Forty (40) goody bags were delivered to our Aggies on November 17th.  Sales will begin in February for goody bag delivery in May.

The Winter Federation meeting will be held January 16-17th at TAMU.  Anyone is welcome to attend.

District VI Meeting will be February 7, 2009 at 9:30 a.m.  We will be hosting the meeting.  We will begin decorating for the event after the February 5th meeting.  The cost is $18.00 and should be paid to Jan Novosad.

Aggie Mom Day at TAMU Women's Basketball will be February 8th.  Gloria Graves will have more information at our next meeting.

Aggie Brags were given by Tommye Sandlin, Mary Fontenot, Kathy Thompson and Sharon Jeffrey.

Pocket Money will go to Merritt Drewery.  She will receive $15.00.

A motion was made by Kimberly Ruyle to adjourn the meeting.  It was seconded by Jan Novosad.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
