THE SPIRIT LINE

Just prior to all home football games, a spirit line is formed from Wofford Cain Hall, the athletic dormitory, to Kyle Field.  As the players make their way to the stadium the Aggies cheer the team on with yells and songs.  The spirit line was first used in 1974.  A "Boot Line" is made up of only seniors and derives its name from a time when Aggie seniors in their riding boots poured onto the field to show support for their team.
